Very interesting article. I was unaware that the DOW was weighted by price vs captilization for the S&P. I like the idea presented that the DOW is really an active fund.

Then there is RSI which is equal weighted.

So what is going on with BRK this year, it is -2.6% ytd and has been trending down since Jan 4?

I took an IRA distribution this month, so planning to invest in BRK which it turns up.
