As of today, Sphere claims they can deliver Apple apps including those for iOS and OSX.

They cannot due to massive and insurmountable technical and legal challenges. Remember that the Gorilla claimed that Sphere could tear down the Apple pay wall. That alone would have made Sphere a multi-billion dollar acquisition target. What would the total inventory of Apple iOS apps been worth to Microsoft, Samsung and Blackberry back in 2013-4? Billions.

PS I will note that Peter Bookman, the Head of Global Strategy admitted last year during the Microsoft podcast that he had NOT EVEN READ THE APPLE EULA!!! So, for three years, (and still today) Sphere claims they can deliver Apple tech yet their senior marketing/sales guy don't even know the contractual terms that govern the use and restrictions on Apple apps and operating systems.

You tell me what that says about the validity of the company's claims.
