What merger? The only hope here is that someone initiates another Pump & Dump. Possible but not probable anytime soon.

Also remains a possibility that George Alvarez, Family & Friends will bring Velatel out of the dark and make another go of it.
However, the more time that passes the less likely that is to occur.
