You may want to have a look at this company. MRNS
and SAGE have basically the same drug candidate(allopregnanolone , a GABA modulator) and very similar pipeline. MRNS has $27M market cap (lower than cash less debt as of 30/09/2016) whereas SAGE has $2B market cap.
