From my understanding, that legal issue with Playboy was not referring to MDCN (Medican Enterprises, Inc.) within that link below or they definitely would have stated such:

Playboy is referring to a company called CirTran Corporation that trades on the OTC Markets under the ticker of CIRC to also include CirTran Beverage and Play Beverages. This is the link within the link above to confirm this which is also the link you posted which is the latter:
