What are the chances Nasrat sells the company before SequestOx approval?

We have a good chance of reaching the authorized share count before approval.

As Nasrat stated he will not do a reverse split until the stock gets to at least $1 on its own AND we have fundamentals in place (ex. SequestOx approval and partner).

He also can't increase the authorized shares because no one will vote for that BS. If it does manage to pass because of the large amount of insiders holding shares that vote 'yes' the stock will tank on the news.
