they are on the OTC and they currently have met all filing requirements

OTC only requires you to file once a year

so they don't have to file quarterlies only on the main exchanges do they have that

so when you don't have the requirement - you don't do it - I wouldn't either if I was the CEO

I made a request on a letter - they took my requests and said by end of Feb - since annual is a requirement - I would believe they will file by end of Feb

they have updated other info as of Dec 12 to OTC so I believe they will
