it's almost been a year since the last PR and/or filing... and anybody that has followed this stock for almost 20 years (like me), knows that this is more common than not with PFSD
Actually, they use to consistently release filings, but they dont even do that anymore.
Since they no longer have equity to issue/sell, they likely won't put any effort into moving the stock... This is going to have to move on the info that is already out there, with no help from the company... and with MJ stocks stealing all the thunder in Pennyland, I doubt it will have the energy to move much higher.
All we know is that they had serious debt issues and rapidly declining sales. This was the multi year trend right up until they went silent. So it's logical to assume their situation has gotten worse, or they would be bragging about a turnaround.
IMO, the next time they talk, they will be seeking a vote for a Reverse Split and/or AS increase ... they could care less about the shareholders, except when they need their money/financing. This imo is why they've been dead silent since the AS was maxed.
