Drew my question would be why would anyone buy this ticker? To my knowledge the company has no actual assets but does have enormous debt, is behind on business licensing fees and of course hasn't filed with the SEC in ages. With nothing to offer I don't see what the incentive is to purchase the ticker when you can purchase a shell without any of those liabilities for much less. Perhaps you can point to some benefit I'm missing. But failing that, though highly religious myself, I don't believe God has any interest in permitting a SCAM to flourish for the benefit of a single person who made the error of buying the stock.
