Maddog you can believe whatever you want, but after meeting with management and seeing the plans for the future, have no doubt about the integrity of this company and its management. Honestly they are trying to grow in such a way that when they apply for NASDAQ a reverse split would not be necessary. Hence the upgrade to OTCQB, expansion of the business and the incubated companies. Hopefully share price will be high enough on its own that there would be no reverse split, or if there is one, it's very, very small. CHRO
