Rob Way left Betterware at the end of December, according to the companies house filings. I guess John Rochon didn't forgive him for that little spat earlier in the year. No doubt they will not pay him what they owe, so another law suit could be forthcoming.
A couple of other interesting filings. Severin Kaufmann has also been removed from Beterware. He was the guy running the European Holding Company. He may just have moved to pastures new, but the track record of those trying to work with CVSL/JRJR is not encouraging. The other is that Dominion Capital (of the $4m loan fame)has registered a charge directly against the Kleeneze assets. Now they already had a charge against CVSL/JRJR and all the subsidiaries, so why bother, unless their confidence has run out?
Hope that helps. Thanks again for the boards.
