OK, so they're doing the opposite of what I expected. I expected a reverse split since the number of shares 2 billion is nowhere near proportional to the market cap. My target was eventually getting re-listed on NASDAQ.

Why the #$%# would he change authorized shares to 20 billion? We need to get out of the perceptual quagmire of being associated with penny stocks.

I would have done a 1,000 to 1 reverse split and announced that debt was being paid down.
