He's probably out looking for another woman to give him a handout to help him fix that. Or another "friend". I think he has become infamous enough now though that it is getting hard for him to find more suckers.

At least there is enough out there on a Google search to warn most.
Wish there had been more back when I first ran into SEGI.
Back then there was only one negative report and unfortunately I ignored that Apartment scam and hoped it was only a "misunderstanding".

Should have excepted that dogs always have the same spots.
