I hope they do release a statement about the first patient having been treated, but I expect the more substantial "milestone news" will come end of April after all 3 patients have been treated and we are moving on to the next 9.

He mentions these timeline dates later in the interview, I didn't mark the time when listening, but I think it was around the 5 minute mark.
