Yes IMO first SequestOx FDA Commercial approval in CY1Q2017 by Mar 31, 2017.

Nope, Elite wont even have recruited patients for their NEW BE study by then

With SequestOx out of the way, then submit ANDA ADF ER Oxycontin to the FDA in the CY2Q2017 by Jun 30, 2017.

Agreed!! Sequest is OUT OF THE WAY, as in TERMINATED for all practical purposes!!
