I really like the way you have caught on to IPA and are able to understand how it can interact with TA

I love this quote of yours:

"IPA is the reason why stocks can remain in the overbought/oversold condition for extended periods of time"

IPA is the work on sentiment I didn't have time to do 18 years ago and I'm thrilled to have come full circle back to it

When comparing the different exchanges -- NYSE, Nasdaq, OTC -- there is no doubt that IPA is most necessary to utilize on the OTC to really understand stock price movement
