Everything is moving ahead nicely as all court issues fully being put to rest , thanks to BSX $75mil coming to NVCN (so far , more $$ coming to NVCN soon imo too)

All that remains is the final appeal and they have the $$ in escrow to just pay it and end the last issues too

They are now speeding the process up too to get the appeal finished as fast as possible so even better , faster to get totally cleared up once and for all

Milestones will soon be shown and that is what the big $$ wants to see to send more money this way

Adding when I can too as when its time it will be major gap and run

Best of all they continue to grow and get direct funding and no dilution happens

Institutions and Funds will be adding too as they will soon see no court issues anymore and milestones being hit, just the fact that BSX is now on board with a nice stake should make them even more inclined to buy

BSX has a huge amount of Institutions owning them so be nice if some of them start to add here too
