Sometime in this 1st quarter, IMHO. So with Jan almost gone its going to come in Feb or Mar, is my best guess. Dr. Russell knows time is of essence to maintain the shareholders and capital funding. The majority jumped in last Jan 2016. Some of you have been here longer than that, but I would suspect more than half got in during the chatter at the start of last year.
Like you said, you don't go through all the loopholes and regulations to get current for laughs and giggles. News is coming and so many are going to be chasing when the deal is announced. This .02 cents will be .10 cents the day that P.R. is announced with the major deal with the major aerospace company. The clock is ticking to get in at the .02 cents range, as it will be too late in the next
2 months when the deal is done, IMHO
