they have to restructure the preferred or redeem & retire them - to me that is a forgone conclusion - how they do that I don't know if its ie a $3 per share redemption, conversion to common, restructured new preferred shares - I do not have the answer to that.
but to me retiring the preferred shares is a must - its part of getting the company back up like I mentioned back in Dec its part of the piece of the puzzle, they all do this - ie every company in this situation ahs done this practically
