I don't think anyone here could tell any of us accurately what the six claims left (assuming the CAFC doesn't reinstate more) are worth at this stage.

I read back a number of weeks on here and there are a number of posts that seem to suggest these claims are still very material given the 3D aspect of gaming - basically without it you don't have 3D games with avatars. An important thing to realize in these cases is that "number" of claims valid isn't necessarily correlated with materiality. You could have one claim that's incredibly material or many that are immaterial- in my view wddd has gone through the CAFC now to place greater leverage on ATVI before they get to court, not because the valid claims are not material enough.

So to me that suggests a lot less than a 25% haircut to the huge estimates we saw and maybe very little difference

However, damages experts would be brought in during trial to help with this analysis and debate until such point as the jury decides what's fair.

There are previous posts here on valuation I've read that seemed to be suggesting a $1-2 stock minimum given the materiality of the claims and result from ATVI alone.
