When a company isn't renewed on SOS won't say the comapny is defunct. I know a lot of companies that ere doing business without being active on SOS or filing financials. Sometimes they just went private, or they don't care about trading as a public company anymore.
I can't find any SEC-filings or PR's for E-DATA. But looking at the historical PPS, something happened in 2002. Until oct 13 it traded at 15 - 25 dollar level, after that it was a pennystock. never hit a dollar again



As I told before, I noticed buying here since end of Dec, so did some DD but couldn't find anything (yeah, I noticed link to KABA website, but found out that it was there before). So I tought: it could be insiders buying because something will happen soon, or it is a frontload. When I saw a few people posting on this board all of a sudden I knew it was a frontload. About 3 million shares were bought since December, I think that buyers sold last few days.

But hope for you I'm wrong and that KABA will merge in. So good luck.
