One question!
What does TXTM bring yo the table with the O/S do blown that PLPL can't do own their own?
Delinquent? That's a big issue.
Just raised their A/S to 1BB and not sure they can issues stock bring delinquent.

And what on Earth is the mechanics of the R/M?
I'm not smart enough to see the wisdom in that.....yet.

I'm not sure how to play this. From the TXTM side of PLPL.
