Even if Adrian was only using DNA to only sell tons of dilution, execute a reverse split, and then start again with the dilution, there is nothing illegal about that.

As long as Adrian uses the correct weasel words at the end of every PR and other public communications, any declarations of business intentions can be not executed at all, and it is still completely legal.

Note that I am NOT saying that any of this is true, and I do not believe it to be the case.

However, this is exactly how other CEOs of other OTC Pink companies legally manage to suck dollars from shareholders and then reverse split their positions out of existence and never do anything viable to build a business.

One could complain all day long to the SEC about such activity, and they would still do nothing to interfere because it is all legal.
