Purdue is in bed with Grunenthal. Purdue exclusively licenses a Grunenthal patent for their ADF oxycontin.

Purdue has also licensed Grunenthal patents for other ADF opiods candidates in their portfolio.

Tis one reason I think Purdue may not be a candidate to partner with IPCI. Although, I'm not certain if Purdue has an "out" on that licensing deal.
