Won't get any argument from me... seems the problem is ... every time a company does an offering the market reacts in a way that punishes the company by dropping the share price and the last two offerings they took it lower than the offering price... SEEMS TO BE A PATTERN FOR NOW HERE

I just think the company is on the level and not just diluting for the heck of it or rather to line their own pockets

I think they are taking care of business and clearing the balance sheet of bills and/or trying to meet Nasdaq requirements to stay listed

They are earning revenues and it is growing

They have New York State behind them

Aetna

Dancing with Blue Cross Blueshield and starting to stretch there muscle international

I thought before dilution it was way undervalued when compared to many others ,,, now I still think undervalued but with every dilutive event they become less so

I think this one is a winner if they would stop the dilution train

Next PR that is good and the stock moves up ... everyone has been conditioned now that there will be another dilutive event so they will think and rightly so .... "might as well sell and get back in cheaper" .... seems to make sense the last 3 price spikes ...that is what has happened ... but with my luck ,,,, the time I do hit the sell is the time it keeps going much higher and they stop diluting.

I do think the company should come out with some kind of explanation as to what the hell they think they are doing.

They need to be more specific why they are diluting so much after the R/S .... because psychologically they think they can fool the market because the float is still low? Wrong answer ...dilution is still dilution .....

Tell people why and what you are specifically using the money for ...not generalities like "GENERAL CORPORATE PURPOSES"

They are making many of us a bit nervous and not sure we have made a good decision to go long on this company anymore ... This kind of crapp causes investors to lose confidence.

Additionally ... keeping a core position and trading other shares in and out isn't a bad idea ,depending on how many shares you have .

What I have is enough o make some nice coin when it finally flies over 20.00 but if I sell half or portion and it keeps on going I will miss the bigger move and then be kicking my butt for that!! smile
