My experience resp. current opinion about this stock, after ca. 9 months invested: I got in after doing serious DD (e. g. from stervc and some other very reliable posters), and yes, not to forget the other "party" here which is pretty busy to badmouth the company and its officers 24/7.
So I´m convinced CGRA is far from any typical OTC-redflags and a serious investment for the future, even if certain posters try to deny this daily.
But ... after nine months quasi sleeping in its channel this stock - at least for the non-trading long - is a boring and "unjuicy" investment. As one poster said ... buy it (if possible) low and leave it ... the steady contrast between announced previews and the annoying behavior of the pps during months shouldn´t hurt you, otherwise it´d be better to sell it sometime at one of the steadily happening ups. To wait for a tremendous profit like we got promised last year is senseless IMO. Use your money for other opportunities ... this one simply is none ... at least not currently resp. if, then not with such baggers all you optimistic guys tried to tell us (I mean e. g. $0.20 by EOY 2016 etc.).
Now "2017" is the next carrot but it rather looks CGRA will continue with its characteristics: a boring or troublesome pps-development, regular tweets but no pr´s (and if, then with negative pps-effect), despite may be serious further development of the fundamentals.
On a final note: The lack of info isn´t necessarily a virtue, as some claim ... the mixture of that with the pps-development IMO keep away buyers. And if co. thinks we don´t need them (currently) then there´re still many holders who deserve any certidude, outlook and confirmation from those whose shares they once bought.
