So before i start this post let me just say, there aren't to many people on here that want SDVI to have success as much as I do. Im at over 17mil+ shares plus all my worthless GRAFF shares and unlike most of you, until recently those shares weren't bought in the 000's or 00's. Im in over $40k so either ill look like a genius or a total idiot, but I'm here for the long run so don't let my posts seem as if im bashing this company! I believe in honesty and running a clean, healthy, honest, ethical company that will thrive in the future. thats all!
Its been a busy week in the office so i didn't get a chance to reply to you TI, but what you say in your post about the 4 companies already being part of Innovo is false. I usually call customer relations once or twice a week for the last 6 months and yesterday i was told that they are in the "process" of starting the acquisitions and a PR would be sent out. That PR was sent today! Our first PR from 1/11/17 said we are going to acquire these four companies and the closing date is 2/1/17. The PR sent today that everyone got excited for simply stated, "As
part of the new strategy for Signature Devices, Inc. the company has started the acquisition process of 4 IoT companies".This is scary and I'm hoping they seriously didn't just start the process today. what were they doing since the 11th of January!!? What alarms me about this is that in 2013 we were about to acquire 2 companies and Ken gave us a closing date. A month after the closing date we got a PR saying the closing date had passed and they couldn't get there paperwork straight and the deal had fell apart. I"m not sure why our Innovo website already has these companies listed already but they have til Feb. 1st to finish. I'm CERTAIN these deals will get done but i wouldn't call it a DONE Deal yet. Things seem better these days as we have 3 CEO's plus a nice office staff compared to just Ken last time around. I sent a email to Inas along with a email and hopefully i will get a reply from him tomorrow to verify everything more clearly. He is usually super fast and responsive.
INMO these deal will get done! I just don't want some of our new investors to think this board is unreliable and has false information! If you guys want to help, you guys can call the office and you can usually speak to Charles or Ken pretty easily and they are usually very helpful.. our future and near future is looking very very bright!! The whole tapply gaming BS still makes me mad but im over it.. I like how this time around Ken has a solid team around him and not all the burden is on him.
Townsend will be CEO and the head hancho and handle SDVI.. Ken will handle Graffiti and our gaming and app division.. Inas will look over Innovo.. Once the deals are done we will also have Jordan Medlock and Travis Stephens who look over the 4 companies we will acquire and they will work under Inas. All are great at what they do and I'm super super excited for where these men can take us!!
The next ten days will be very very exciting. We will get another PR stating the process of acquiring the 4 companies are done! Along with a solid financials PR, (still cannot wait to see what our financials will be once everything is merged and acquired, 50million mkt cap anyone?).. First week of February will also be exciting. we will get several PR's with more info on the companies we acquired as Ken has stated. A PR about the terms of the acquisitions and how much preferred stock we gave.. Its almost 4AM so Im going to get some sleep. Have a great weekend everyone. SDVI is going to the MOON!!!
