Isn't that how the penny stock game works. 95 percent are living off finance deals and just keep issuing shares then r/s sell company and start again. Take a look at what this used to be. Everybody talking about how bad the shell was and all how many shares got wasted cleaning it up. Wouldn't management do the DD before they bought it.
