Selling has dried up. There is still little buying interest here but I think less selling. Kind of like when a real estate market crashes and everyone is selling but finally when the bargain hunters buy up everything and there is little inventory on the market the prices start going up again. I think the tide is turning and as buyers continue to return we will go up..JMO
