Carl... First of all you need to either believe they are going to turn a shovel of coal or not. I you believe that, then the immediate release of financials, at this point in time, is absolutely meaningless. Let's face it, over the course of the next 6 to 8 weeks, if NEWC can demonstrate an ability to deliver against their most recent coal contract then the pps will, in fact, go up with or without an immediate financials. (not to say its not important at some time in the future because it is). If you own this stock as a marijuana play then you simply miss the core value of the play. If, in fact, the marijuana pieces of the business model come to fruition it will have somewhat of an effect on the stock.
The delay of the financials, in my humble opinion, have been delayed to mask the total dilution of the stock. The transfer agents however have been instructed to tell what the OS position is to anyone who calls and inquires. The OS, btw, is in the 500 million share vicinity.
What to do with what you own should be decided before you buy the stock. Having an exit strategy is wise investing.
