Yes, I was thinking that...

But obviously, as the price was falling too Fast, for whatever reason (Maybe GE was afraid the stock would crater to 50C if they Dumped too many Shares), they were only able to DUMP 38.75MM New Shares thru Kalani, in this Latest TRanche...they needed to Dump at least 80MM New Shares at these prices...But they were not able to do that.

$69.5MM worth of NEW Stock will be Dumped Next week after the Reverse-Split to reach the $200MM Capital Raise, per the PPA.
