If i were CEO i probably would just focus on NorCal, with low cost satellite locations (if possible), able to meet the high demand in 2018.

Learn from the Oregon bottleneck and do what you can to provide the quickest turnaround, cause most labs wont be prepared for it...

...but in reality, there might be no way to prepare for whats coming. Every single lab in the state will be booked solid, no matter how much volume they can handle... and it will last for a long time.

No MJ can move into retail without FIRST being tested, at the same time that consumption spikes...
