I have to disagree with the liquidation theory.

I do think that When Adrian took over the company, he did not fully understand the value, and perceived value, of the energy drinks.

However, if you have been reading the content on the company website from the beginning, it is VERY clear that Adrian's desire is to create a conglomerate like Proctor and Gamble.

The downside is that I am not convinced that Adrian wants to get into the trenches to first build a successful energy drink company. Whether he likes it or not, he has to build one successful company before he can build a conglomerate.
