The debt was due... Morpho had filed their protest, meaning we wouldn't be able to sign a new debt deal until the protest cleared... PP forced Glenn out and put Bill in - ensuring no one cared about the debt restructuring.

PP said they had concerns with Glenn over the CIC. Why would that be the case when the CIC is post debt payments?
