Fair points. The dilution was actually at $13.50. Admittedly, I have no idea what went on behind the scenes. There could have been a strategic reason to do the dilution that will benefit shareholders. The one that comes to mind is giving DO more negotiating power with Astra in the (soon to be announced) deal. Having $30 million more on the balance sheet could help secure say $150 million upfront in a deal rather than $100 million.
