Meaningless to shareholders - just more money for the insiders - shareholders have always been a after thought to Peterson - a necessary evil for him to continue his personal enrichment at shareholders expense.

On the big boards shareholders would be outraged and demand Peterson resign - on the OTCM shareholders defend him. Truly amazing.
