Perhaps the issue is not so much agreeing on the cost/price... but on the "utilization or sequestration" of the PODRAS platform.

Purdue may want an outright purchase of the platform... whereas Odidi may only want to license it, fearing that the "greater good use" of the platform would be hindered... as Purdue may not make it available "as/where needed".

I like that thought... the Odidis strike me as wanting to do good by others as well as themselves.
