This should tell potential investors a lot about this CEO.

He would rather spend company time and resources threatening to sue people commenting on a message board than actually running the business.

Perhaps if the CEO was not so obsessed with trying to shut people up by threatening lawsuits, he would not have let the patent expire, or he could have filled financials, or actually implemented a single customer.
