What exactly is different here? Remember EG was an insider job where they all ended up on the Board with Preferred Shares. Same here we have most on the board from prior acquisitions getting shares in lieu of not being paid along with a bunch of preferred shares. LG,WW, Anthony Smith all preferred shares and possibly more. Telling someoneto sell is a total cop out on fiduciary responsibility to all shareholders. We as shareholders have no vote on anything here same as DP and crew. As a substantial shareholder like yourself can you not see many short comings still unaddressed? All corporations have a moral obligation to shareholders and I believe small otc's companies need the SEC involved with continued self enrichment to themselves and it includes most of the otc which we all know as someone just mentioned our president draining the swamp needs to happen. I've been here for 6 months and have no intention of leaving until our CEO starts putting the shareholders of common stock as the priority and stop the attitude that they are at the top of the food chain. Come on people are not we all tired of what is going on here and many other otc's stocks. Stop looking for crumbs and demand the same. Yes they have sweat equity but even more so without us the common shareholder buying the dilution to make these dreams come true are we not just a little bit more worthy? Many issues but the no R/S for the select few is really a poor taste that I just can not spit out of my mouth. Again like DP said no R/S with the same setting of the preferred shares how can it not be a concern to all of us shareholders right now knowing that we are near 2 Bil when all preferreds are factored in and we only have 5 labs with $4 mil on an annual basis.
