That makes absolutely no sense at all. What half-intelligent person would take over a company with heavy debt without doing their DD (homework) ahead of time?? Makes no sense. He knew exactly what he was getting into beforehand. But the problem was, he waffled on what he wanted to do once he took ownership. Product run, then sell off, then back to product run. So far his track record is pretty bad. The ONLY positives so far are the updating of the website and the warehouse. So, if he can continue along this progressive path, all should be well. The moment he starts to show indecision again, all is lost.

I think when Adrian originally took over DNA Brands, I believe he was going to treat this like the other companies that he took over and just get whatever he can get, probably through liquidation, but probably through research and speaking to different people he realized that this was an actual company that had been in stores and it could be a success.
