I emailed Mr. Fytton, here is his response. It's a good sign that I got a prompt response. As it says in the email, only a matter of time.

Other than the information contained in our SEC FORM 10 filing there are no comment we can make at this time. We are waiting for the SEC to approve this filing, the timing of which is not under our control.
