He's not wrong, just added the shares given out from yesterday's 8-K filing, was 420 mil before and they disturbed out another 300+ mil , a lot starting 1/13 and at the beginning of this run. They put the shares immediately in the market for their profit. Part of the reason the volume is so high here lately. It's a typical way companies finance and early stages not necessarily a scam just reality of OTC stock. Long-term sure the company could go with you up just understand the risk you are taking here.
