I have quite a few GRAF myself - more than I would like at this point and I would be ok with that as well UNLESS Ken has a way of spinning out GRAF as an IPO and this time make it happen.

If that were done, then converting to GRAF might actually be a better deal. If Graf has all of the merged companies, then the valuation of GRAF with a 200-1 conversion of SDVI to GRAF would yield a nice IPO price IMO.
