I read the judges comments. They were smacked down pretty hard. It puts into question the additional patent and the the patent application.

Semcon and Mariner are a little more straight forward. There was an additional year of delays with the Bloomberg patent Markman proceedings . Semcon and Mariner Markmen hearings are in May and June. The only bright side is that Quest didn't have to pay for the lawyers and hey may have received a small management fee.
