folkie...It is because there is no "bad news" here. OK. The filing may be delayed from today. But it might come out tomorrow. So I would not be surprised to see an EOD rally (not a huge run) at the end of each day, just on anticipation alone. The delay doesn't mean the numbers are bad. We don't know the numbers, but we have a general idea, and that is that they are good. So a day or so is not really a big deal.

Who is this Time Being, and why are we always doing things for it?
