Trying to get this straight? For over a hundred years Au has been plucked from the surface and a shallow mine (lately metal detectors find nuggets in no time). A Cessna at 5000' can take aerial photography of an impressive quartz outcropping (everything surronding Elena is mineral rich)? Well then, a few years down the road after millions of dollars have been realized, maybe some really good core samples n assays will be necessary (maybe, being done currently)! Duh-know! And the only folks that I know, that push the "rules" on everyone else, I find are the first ones break'n em!

I'll put my risk/reward in the hands of those that truely know the biz!

I wonder if Paul n Marco aren't already figuring the following out as well! After all, surface is very uncomplicated compared to underground!
