A mega deal would be a game changer - I agree.

I am not sure if Dan will be around - can he get any deals?. He probably will enrich himself and his stooges in the board one last time before saying good bye.

Adeptus is a good example where the stock tanked to single digit from tripe digits in a matter of months. Reason? - Utterly bad management. CEO granted himself a million shares when they went public and walked away with 100 million plus when he sold everything when the stock hit 106
