I don't know what's in the notice of appeal. As I just and repeatedly said, I can't get an answer to this simple question. But it has been pointed out that the actions against various people (not companies) were dismissed awhile back and there was no appeal taken of those dismissals.

Do you think that's incorrect?

I understand why Tmmi might file a notice of appeal. They lost. It's the victor's appeal that is mystifying.
