Moller International (fka MLER)

I am thinking it was much higher,but if we get increasing volume as the price moves up that is good. My thought is someone is trying to slowly accumulate this without running it very hard. I am strictly guessing, maybe hoping. Maybe a company that is trying to build a flying car is trying to buy this stock. Cheap way to own part of a company. You could slowly buy and own 55% the company for under $3 million. But, I am guessing the price would rise if someone accumulated to much to fast.
