From doing my research, there is only about $20,000 worth of notes from old convertibles that's available that could be converted. That's not much and could be a solid buying opportunity. He told my friend that there are no new notes and that he is not going to be doing any notes.

I suspect that LVVV will be current soon so we will definitely see.
